These Terms of Service govern your use of the Q-Tea website, online store, products, and related services. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, taxes, shipping charges, duties, and similar charges are additional and will be shown or calculated where applicable. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, rates, and destination availability are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, store credit, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Consumable food products are generally final sale after shipment, subject to the limited exceptions stated in that policy and applicable law.

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use other third-party services for payments, analytics, marketing, fulfillment, and shipping. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Q-Tea is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, photos, suggestions, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide that content. You grant Q-Tea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, availability information, or other errors and may update or cancel affected orders when appropriate.
